What would the holidays be without fudge? A holiday I wouldn’t want to participate in, that’s for sure! This recipe is a classic and pretty easy too! The hardest part is waiting the two hours for it to set, oh, and sharing of course.

Peanut Butter Fudge

Yields: 48, 1-inch pieces

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 cup peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Directions

  1. In a sauce pan over medium-low heat combine butter, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Stir frequently and allow for the mixture to melt completely and come together.

2. After all elements are melted remove from heat and add in the powdered sugar, one cup at a time until well combined.

3.Dump mixture in to a pan and allow 2-3 hours to set.
