This recipe is great as a snack, an appetizer, lunch, or dinner, and the best part is it comes together in a matter of minutes. In addition, the options are endless and you can recreate these poppers with buffalo chicken, taco meat, steak fajitas, you can really put anything in side them.

Pizza Poppers

Yields: 10 poppers


1 can of biscuits

20 slices of pepperoni

1 cup of mozzarella

Garlic Butter


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Flatten out each individual biscuit and place desired toppings, I put in two pepperoni and a pinch of mozzarella cheese. Feel free to cube up fresh mozzarella and add a chunk, some cooked sausage, peppers, any additional toppings you like.


Seal the biscuit by pinching the edges together and then rolling in to a ball, then place in to dish seam side down.


Pour the Garlic Butter over top and bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve with a side of pizza sauce or additional garlic butter.
