These are a classic for the holidays, the first time I ever made these was with my mother and I have been hooked on this simple recipe ever since! If you have to choose only one recipe to make this holiday season; I suggest this one because it requires only a few ingredients, is fast, and simple.
Peanut Butter Balls
Yields: 24 balls
2 cups of peanut butter
1 cup of powdered sugar
2 squares of almond bark (your choice I so half white and half milk chocolate)
1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil
Add peanut butter and powdered sugar to a bowl and stir together until well combined.
Take a tablespoon of the mixture and form in to balls and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Freeze for 30-45 minutes.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil together, either in the microwave or in a double boiler.
Take each ball and roll in around in the melted chocolate, pick up with a fork and tap on side of bowl to remove excess. Let set at room temperature and store in the fridge.
