In this house we love all things spicy and smoky, when we saw this turkey breast at Wal-Mart we had to try it for Thanksgiving. Now it is fully cooked so it just needs to be reheated, but there were no instructions for reheating on the package and I couldn’t find anything on the internet. So I had to wing it, and we loved how it turned out. It’s smoky yet juicy, and perfect for a weeknight supper or sliced thin for sandwiches.
1 precooked turkey breast
1 cup of water
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp of dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 tsp of celery salt
1/4 tsp of chili powder
Preheat your oven to 350. In an 11×7 pan add the water and all seasonings then stir together.
Place the turkey breast and all juices from package in the pan, the water should come about halfway up the breast.
Cook for about 30-40 minutes until heated completely through.
