Let’s be honest for a minute, I don’t like eggs. I like deviled eggs, but I’m not a big fan of scrambled eggs, omelets, or fried eggs. With all of the flavors on this sandwich, the egg flavor and texture is hidden by layers of my favorite things. I could eat this at any time of the day; it is an amazing way to start your morning, perfect for brunch, a very filling lunch, or even for supper.
1 biscuit (English muffin, toast, bagel)
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp meat tenderizer seasoning
1 Tbsp of butter
Slice of Cajun Turkey Breast
Add butter to medium skillet over medium heat and allow to melt. Add in a slice of turkey to heat through and your egg. Add the seasonings to the egg and cook to your preference (scrambled, fried, over easy, etc.) and flip the turkey to ensure it is heated on both sides.
After the proteins have been cooked to your preference, add the biscuit or English muffin to the skillet on top of remaining butter to toast up.
Once your bread is heated up, assemble your sandwich. I normally add two avocado slices, some tomato slices, sriracha, and maybe some cheese depending on how I’m feeling.
This sandwich is a quick and easy way to start the day off great!
