I wasn’t exactly sure how to go about this so I’ll just dive on in. One of my personal New Years resolutions that I haven’t really talked about was to become more adventurous with my blog. I wanted to test my limits, push myself and hopefully succeed in spreading the content that I share every week. This blog was created to be a comforting place for me originally, but now I hope you guys can find some solace here as well. My posts are not always the most uplifting content, but I hope that you are able to escape your reality for a little while as you read my posts. In addition to having a place for your mind to wonder, I want to provide guidance and information that many might be searching for.
This year you will be seeing a wider variety of content from me: including more recipes, personal stories about my life and childhood, and book reviews. However, the most exciting new segment I will be working on is my fictional story. Each month I will be releasing one “chapter” of this fiction piece I have been working on. I hope you guys are just as excited to see my creativity in action as I am, so hit that follow button before you leave so you can be the first to see this bad boy drop.
Now the final thing I want to discuss in this post is my decision to apply to be an affiliate of Amazon. I believe we are all obsessed with the convenience and wide variety of items on this site, but there is no secrets there are some duds. My promise to you is that I will only discuss items that I truly love and stand by. The links I post for Amazon items will be my affiliate links, but if that makes you uncomfortable feel free to search for the item name in the search bar of Amazon.
I would also like to share with you a book that I have recently purchased and have been reading as fast as my little eyes can go. Recently my boyfriend and I binge watched the entire American Crime Story of The People V. O.J. Simpson, as a result we decided we needed to read the book that inspired it all The Run of His Life: The People V. O.J. Simpson. I honestly haven’t been able to put it down and I can’t wait to do my first ever book review on this pretty amazing story.
Thanks for reading, guys! I hope you enjoyed this post, don’t forget to like it and follow before you leave. Look out for new content every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!
